3.   Aluminum Utensils: 

Aluminum is the slow poison if given food cooked in aluminum cookware. Because of its very cheap price and low maintenance, this came to our kitchen. While cooking, aluminum particles goes to our food gradually and hence accumulate in our body over the period of time.

To experiment this, you can weight the new vessel and after using for a few months, check the weight of the same. You will find it to be reduced to some extent.

4.   Plastic in the Kitchen: We all use plastic in many forms including bottles, tiffin boxes, serving bowl, etc. Plastic is made up of toxic material BPA. The process of refining it uses the acid and deodorized with chemical name hexanol. Deodorized is the process of removing bad odor occurs in the process of refining.

When we heat the refined on high flame, this Oxidised and produces transfat which is harmful to your body.

You can also use olive oil, desi ghee, homemade butter and sesame oil in winters. Earlier, there were no synthetic oils/refined in our kitchen. Our grandmother used to cook in the mustard oil or homemade ghee and there was no diseased like we are facing from past few years.
