  • 2/3 cup softened butter
  • 1-2/3 cups white/brown sugar
  • 3 good qualityeggs
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 2/3 cup peppermint cocoa
  • 1-1/4 teaspoons baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1-1/3 cups milk
  • Confectioners’ sugar or favorite frosting

Servings : 12-15 servings.

Directions to make :

  1. In a bowl, take cream butter and sugar and shake them well until these get fluffy. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition, so that this gain actual taste and nutrition.
  2. Take flour, peppermint cocoa, baking soda and salt and stir well. Add to creamed mixture alternately with milk, beating until smooth after each addition. Pour this batter into a greased and floured pan.
  3. Bake at 350° for 35-40 minutes or until cake tests done. Cool on a wire rack. When cake gets cool, spray some confectioners’ sugar or frost with your favorite frosting.
