Ingredients to Prepare :
- 2/3 cup softened butter
- 1-2/3 cups white/brown sugar
- 3 good qualityeggs
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 2/3 cup peppermint cocoa
- 1-1/4 teaspoons baking soda
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1-1/3 cups milk
- Confectioners’ sugar or favorite frosting

Directions to make :
- In a bowl, take cream butter and sugar and shake them well until these get fluffy. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition, so that this gain actual taste and nutrition.
- Take flour, peppermint cocoa, baking soda and salt and stir well. Add to creamed mixture alternately with milk, beating until smooth after each addition. Pour this batter into a greased and floured pan.
- Bake at 350° for 35-40 minutes or until cake tests done. Cool on a wire rack. When cake gets cool, spray some confectioners’ sugar or frost with your favorite frosting.
